Gloria Kotrady, MSEd, brings more than 38 years of experience in education from one of the largest school districts in the country, Miami Dade Public Schools. She has served in the roles of special education teacher, ESE Specialist, school site administrator, instructional staffing officer, and director of professional development. She was responsible for overseeing teacher induction, assistant principal preparation programs, and training for administrators. Ms. Kotrady earned her bachelor’s degree in special education from Florida Atlantic University and her master’s degree in learning disabilities from Nova Southeastern University. She completed a certification program in school administration (educational leadership) from Nova Southeastern University, where she was also an adjunct professor.
