LSI staff will consult with district curriculum staff in an analysis of the current alignment of materials, scope and sequence, usability and other resources to College and Career Readiness Standards and instructional approaches. This process provides the patterns and trends within ELA/Literacy and Math to further deepen alignment and development as well as provide hands-on experience with conducting a curriculum needs assessment. Unlike costly and time consuming audits this process will take a deep dive looking for the overall patterns and trends with materials alignment, ease of access for all teachers, and the implemented curriculum and approaches within classrooms. A comprehensive report will be provided through a presentation to review findings, insight, and next steps.
