Orders

  • In addition to online purchasing, orders may be faxed or mailed. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and purchase orders.
  • To expedite your purchase order, you must:
    • Note payment terms of net 30 days from the date of invoice
    • Include shipping and handling costs
    • Include a signature on the PO

Shipping & Handling

  • Orders placed online ship within 1 – 2 business days
  • Shipping and handling costs for most books and reference guides:
    • Continental United States: $3.00 per item (unless otherwise noted)
    • Alaska and Hawaii: $7.00 per item (unless otherwise noted)
  • Some packs and kit products:  $8.50 – $16.00 per item

Sales Tax

We are required to charge applicable sales tax for residents of AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OK, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. Please contact us at 800-979-3316 with questions about sales tax and/or tax exemption.

Rush Orders

Need it fast? Call us at 800-979-3316 to get an estimate. Orders received by 1 pm Eastern can ship that day.

International Orders

Customers outside of Canada or the U.S., please contact us or call us at 800-979-3316 for shipping costs and to place your order.

Quantity Discounts

Buy in bulk and save! Discounts are automatically calculated at checkout for online orders.

  • 10-49 units = 10% discount
  • 50-99 units = 20% discount
  • 100+ units = 30% discount

Discounts only apply to LSI-published products. Some bundled packages are also exempt.

Returns

Learning Sciences International, LLC guarantees your satisfaction and offers returns within 30 days of merchandise receipt.

To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly, you must first contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number. Packages without a proper return authorization will not be accepted. See the instructions below.

Items returned will be refunded via the payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Items must be received in like-new condition.

To return an item for any reason within 30 days of merchandise receipt:

  • Email our Customer Service department at [email protected]
  • Subject: Return Authorization Needed
  • In the body of your email please include:
    • Order ID number
    • Reason for return
    • Item(s) you are returning
  • A return authorization number will be emailed to you within 2 business days.

Once your return authorization number is received:

  • Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us securely.
  • Enclose a copy of your packing slip or original order.

Your credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive your package and determine that it is in like-new condition.

All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of merchandise receipt.
