Betty Kennedy, MEd

Prior to joining Learning Sciences International, Elizabeth Kennedy, was a successful public school teacher and  administrator at the elementary and middle school levels. As principal, she established a pattern of school excellence at three large schools, all of which demonstrated high levels of student achievement.  In 2011, she was named a National Distinguished Principal, representing Florida.

Ms. Kennedy draws from her experience as a school administrator using the Marzano Teacher Evaluation Model to help guide and lead others in providing actionable feedback. She is also passionate about inspiring teachers and leaders to grow in their practice to positively impact student achievement.

Ms. Kennedy earned her master of science in educational leadership from Florida Atlantic University and her bachelor of science in elementary education from Florida State University. She holds additional certifications in the areas of early childhood education and k-12 reading.
