Dr. Frances A. Miller

Frances A. Miller, Ed.D. possesses a love for music and the arts; this has influenced her decision to pursue a career as an educator. After enjoying several years as a music educator, she continued to promote arts integration and active academics while serving the public schools in the role of as an assistant principal, and then a principal. She also held additional responsibilities such as fine arts supervisor, supervisor of kindergarten, and enrollment coordinator. After leaving the public school system, Dr. Miller discovered her passion for working with adult learners. She has taught on the college level those who are seeking their Reading Specialist and Administrative certifications, served the Pennsylvania Department of Education as a Distinguished Educator, and worked for a leading digital company consulting throughout the western region in the U.S. as well as creating content. 

Dr. Miller earned her Bachelor and Master’s Degree from West Chester University, her Principal’s Certification from Penn State University, and her doctorate in Educational Administration from Immaculata University.
