Teresa Wright, EdD
Dr. Teresa Wright has more than 32 years of experience in education and prides herself on being able to develop highly effective relationships with school stakeholders for the benefit of sustained improvement. Her tenures as a teacher, principal, Title I director and school principal supervisor provide the background necessary to coach and support others in their school improvement journey. She is a skilled trainer with experience providing staff development at the local, state and national levels to include regular meetings, workshops and conference events.
Dr. Wright studied at the University of South Florida and Florida International University before receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College while living and working in Okinawa, Japan. She holds a master’s degree in primary education from Nova Southeastern University and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Wright is the co-author of an article published in Young Children that was later selected for publication in the book, Spotlight on Young Children Observation and Assessment, published by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
